FAQ about Massages

1. Identify your goals and needs for the Massage.

Are you looking for:

  • Stress release
  • Improved Sleep
  • Targeted Pain Relief

2. Communicate with your Massage Therapist both beforehand and throughout the Massage.

3. Book in!

It's not unusual to feel some tenderness after a massage. This is due to a release of fascia, tension and increased circulation in the muscles, but it shouldn't last long.

You may have a little discomfort during your massage. If this ever becomes too much or you are not comfortable, please let your therapist know asap

Let your massage therapist know before your session. They can use firm, slow pressure or, if you're extremely sensitive, they can avoid your tickle spots.
